It replaces the current cumbersome telephone button systems with a more elegant styling and low profile design without the need of a screen display. It provides an opportunity for residential housing developers to promote their offing online in advance of their often short visits overseas. By creating a frenzy of timely activity in advance the bidding system provides investors with an early investment opportunity and offers a preview prior to release. For the developers it provides and extends preview opportunity and early qualification without a physical presence. For agents it provides a further opportunity to market interest. A Portal of local knowledge and provides not only static information about the surrounding area but also Augmented reality views of what's to come from regenerated areas.
